You need a valid email address to purchase a ticket. Payment can be made by credit card (Master or Visa Card), Giropay or by direct transfer.

Payment by invoice is unfortunately not possible.

If you don't have a credit card, you can also pay with Giropay or by direct transfer. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase tickets directly at the ticket offices in the museums.

Enter your email address during the ordering process. After successful payment, an email will be sent to this address with the online ticket attached.

In addition, the ticket is offered to you as a download at the end of the booking process. Please be patient, this process can take some time.

To be able to use the ticket, you need a PDF reader to open the document and a working printer so that you can print out the ticket.

Alternatively, you can also show the QR code sent in the email on a mobile device at the cash register.

You can also call up your tickets at any time under "Order history" in your account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rebook or cancel ZeitTickets (GTC). Not even in cases of force majeure, such as problems with public transport or when prevented by personal circumstances (GTC).
